You have the right to timely access to covered services and drugs. Some require prior authorization (pre-approval) from us to cover them.


Appeals and grievances

If you have concerns with any part of your benefits, care, service or prescription drugs, you can file a complaint.


Disenroll

You may choose to end your Medicare membership with us. Learn what you need to do to disenroll from your Medicare plan.
