Quality assurance

We want you to get the best care and service from our network pharmacies. To assure quality, we do drug utilization reviews. With these reviews, we check for:

  • Medication errors
  • Duplicate drugs — drugs that are not needed if you are taking another drug to treat the same condition
  • Possible harmful interactions with drugs
  • Drug allergies
  • Drug dosage errors

If we find a problem during a review, we will work with your provider to correct it.
